I admittedly do not like doing bills. If you are like me and do not like to do billing work, Judy is the perfect person to work with as she makes the billing work to do on the physician end to be minimal. She tracks down the face sheets for me without hesitation. Whenever I add a location, she tirelessly collects all of the paperwork from the insurance providers to ensure prompt payment. All she asks of me is to provide the things that she cannot possibly know, such as the patient names as well as the relevant CPT and ICD -9 codes. If she notices inconsistencies, she alerts me and corrects them. The perfect employee, in my mind, is someone who can be relied upon, who just gets the work done, does not complain and is always pleasant in interactions.
